We are two sisters, Jayne & Ellen MacKenzie (now weight-stabilized), who have tried every diet known to womankind! We agree that there are a couple of great plans out there that work well for most; but for us, for whatever reason, we never succeeded in the end.
Determined, we set out to figure some way that worked for us. We looked at other plans and found that some plans seemingly higher in protein caught our attention.
