Orthopedic Surgical Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Northern, Vermont (Convenient to Burlington and Canada) Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Northern, Vermont (Great Opportunity for an Experienced Provider or New Graduate with an Interest and Passion for Orthopaedics). Due to the growth of the service a well respected Orthopaedic Practice has an immediate opening for an Orthopaedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. As part of the Orthopedic team, the Provider will provide comprehensive diagnosis, non-surgical and surgical management of musculoskeletal diseases and injuries. Typical surgeries performed by the Orthopaedist include total hip and knee replacements, arthroscopic procedures of the knee (ACL tear/repair, meniscus), and rotator cuff repair. The Orthopedic Provider will spend approximately 75% of his/her time in clinic and 25% rounding on post-operative patients. The team prefers an experienced Provider, however the Orthopedic Surgeons would consider training a strong new graduate with a heavy rotation in Orthopedics and an Orthopedic Nurse background . Very generous compensation package of $100,000-$130,000+ Depending Upon Experience as well as a comprehensive benefits package including 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week paid CME with a CME allowance of $3,000 and full relocation package. All dues, fees etc covered by the practice.
