We are searching for an energetic and experienced HR coordinator to join our teamIn this role, you would be responsible for supporting the administrative aspects of several staffing and recruiting processes in an efficient and effective manner.Works with recruiter on sourcing candidates online Sets up and conducts appointment for new employee processing and ensures required paperwork is completed and pre:employment conditions are met. Monitors results of all pre:employment requirements and follows appropriate internal process for discrepancies. Administers all aspects of the electronic and manual fingerprinting process to ensure timely results are received. In addition, this position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to help increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.Coordinate applicant interviews as needed.Attend and/or conduct job fairs and open houses on occassion.Provides administrative support for the new hire orientation, temporary and seasonal employment and internship hiring processes.Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.Job RequirementsStrong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as internal software and standard industry software. Ability to learn additional applications as necessary.Ability to work well in a team environment and share knowledge and skills.Strong written and verbal skills are needed to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a multi task environment.Ability to be resourceful and comfortable using internal and external contacts to complete assignments.
