Professional early 40's (feel like 30!) woman looking for male or female roommate (any age as long as we get along) to share four bedroom house. I own my own business, am very active, and enjoy long distance bicycling, kayaking, skiing, hiking and nature photography. A roommate with similar interests would be a big plus. I enjoy cooking and sharing and would want you to feel that this is your own home. I have a sweet and mild mannered twenty three pound dog who is three years old. She gets along well with other dogs and cats. The house sits on just over a half acre so the yard is substantial and perfect for picnics, gardening and romping dogs. The house has a very large living room with fireplace and hardwood floor, formal dining room, large eat-in kitchen with a lot of cabinet space, sunroom, four bedrooms all with very big closets, full basement for storage, plenty of parking and a fully fenced yard. I am only looking for one roommate so there will be two extra bedrooms which can be used as a home office, etc. I am looking to rent one or two of the bedrooms. If I rent to two unrelated parties, the rent would be $800 per room. If one person would like to be my roommate and pay more, that works too. Couple or single with child would be fine. There is an extra room that could be used as a home office. I will be moving in on May 1st and can supply furniture or we could use a mix of yours and mine. I will take care of cleaning the common areas. No smoking, drugs or wild parties. Small get togethers with friends are completely fine.
