I am looking for someone to share my 2 bedroom apt. My current roommate has decided to move in with her partner, therefore I will need another roommate. I really love this place, and think that you would to! It is located in a nice, quiet area located off from Lakeshore Road (near the bay) in Colchester. I am a responsible 20 year old (21 in August) female, that works full time, and I'm seeking someone who is just as responsible. Must be respectful and willing to compromise. NO pets are allowed. None smokers only (unless you don't mind smoking outside). I am looking for someone who could move in for June 1st. You would be responsible for 1/2 of rent & 1/2 utilities. Rent for this apartment is $940/month based on current lease. You would need to have your 1/2 of 1st months rent as well as 1/2 of deposit to move in (a total $940). Pictures attached represent both the left & right views for the living room & the kitchen, as well as the bathroom - these are the shared living areas. The bedroom that is available measures approximately 10 x 12, with it's own closet. References will be required. Serious inquiries ONLY.
